Returns

If you are not happy with your Forgerra purchase, we offer refunds or exchanges on all regular priced items within 7 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. To be eligible for return or exchange, the item(s) must:

  • Be unworn and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Shipped to an address in the United States
  • Delivered to you within the last 7 days
  • Not a FINAL SALE item

Return/Exchange Process

1. Request a return

Send an email to hello@forgerra.com or call (215) 948-2672 to request your return authorization. Let us know the item(s) you are returning, the reason for the return, and if you would like a refund or exchange. We will respond to you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for you to include with your return.

2. Pack and ship your return

Repack the item(s) in their original packaging and include the invoice and RMA number you received from us. Take the package to your preferred shipping provider (USPS, FedEx, or UPS). You are responsible for paying any shipping costs for returning your item. Save the tracking number provided to track your return.

3. Refund/Exchange

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your package and the approval of your refund or exchange.

If you requested a refund and are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 business days.

If you requested an exchange, we will ship out your replacement item(s) to your shipping address on file unless requested otherwise.
