Shipping
We ship out your order with either United States Postal Service (USPS) or UPS. There is a range of shipping options available for selection at checkout. The actual shipping costs for your order are calculated based on your location and the option selected. Shipping time frames are approximate and do not guarantee a delivery date.
When your item has shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number. We recommend checking tracking updates often to be aware of the delivery date.
We ship to the shipping address you provide at checkout. We are not responsible for any omissions made in your shipping address, such as an apartment number. We recommend double-checking your address carefully as we can not intercept packages once they have left.
If a package is returned to us, because of an incomplete or undeliverable address, any resends will be billed at your expense. We are not responsible for packages where delivery has been attempted and the customer does not pick up their package at the post office or schedule re-delivery. If your package is returned to us as a result of not picking it up, the item will be returned and you will be credited for any item(s) ordered less return shipping. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages that are not picked up at the post and not returned to us.
